You’ll see that a number of resident, non-resident, observer, day and whole week options are available:
Fees are fully inclusive of all tuition, entry to all concerts plus accommodation on a full-board basis (i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner). All fees are per person, per week unless indicated otherwise.
- Balcarres/Holme House Resident (single occupancy)= £935 (whole course)
- Balcarres/Holme House Resident (shared occupancy) = £795 (whole course)
N.B. Most bedrooms will be allocated on a shared occupancy basis, particularly to those allocated a bursary, with a limited number of single occupancy rooms available.
- £80 per day (excluding lunch and dinner) – minimum of three days.
N.B. Non-residents please add £18 per day to include lunch and dinner which is passed on at cost.
In addition to classes included in the course fee, extra classes may be chosen at a cost of £35 (or two for £60). These classes may be requested either in advance or once the course has started and will be allocated according to availability.
A deposit of £250 must be sent with your Application Form (which is non-refundable if accepted onto the course). You may wish to take out personal insurance if there’s a chance you might cancel your booking.
Observers are welcome to attend and can purchase tickets for £15 per half day and full-time music students may observe for free. Visitors are encouraged to attend all performances, but a donation of £5 is requested towards the Oxenfoord International Bursary Fund. Visitors and non-resident students may also purchase daily delegate meal tickets at £18 which is passed on at cost from the catering team at Loretto School.
