Fees

Details of fees for 2024 are included below and a deposit of £250 must be sent with your Application Form (which is non-refundable if accepted onto the course). Please note that the increase in fees is due to increased venue hire costs passed on by Loretto School and you may wish to take out personal insurance if there’s a chance you might cancel your booking.

Cheques should be made payable to Oxenfoord International Summer School and payments can also be made by bank transfer:

You’ll see that a number of resident, non-resident, observer, day and whole week options are available. Please note, due to an increase in venue hire at Loretto School, post pandemic, we have had to raise fees accordingly to accommodate additional costs:

Resident

Fees are fully inclusive of all tuition, entry to all concerts plus accommodation on a full-board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner). All fees are per person, per week unless indicated otherwise.

  • Balcarres/Holme House resident (single occupancy)= £1075 (whole course)
  • Balcarres/Holme House resident (shared occupancy) = £955 (whole course)

N.B. Most bedrooms will be allocated on a shared occupancy basis, particularly to those allocated a bursary, with a limited number of single occupancy rooms available.

Non resident

  • £625 full week non resident (excluding all meals)
  • £125 per day (excluding all meals) – Minimum of three days

N.B. Non-residents please add £25 per day to include lunch and dinner which is passed on at cost.
