This page details key application deadlines. To book a place at Oxenfoord International simply fill out the online application form here, a PDF version is available by request if you are unable to complete the online application form. Please keep a note of your class choices for future reference. Please also note that, although your place on the course is secured following receipt of deposit, class choices will not be confirmed until you receive an invoice.
All applications should be received no later than Friday 12th May 2023. We will put together a reserve list if you apply after that date should there be any withdrawals.
Parts for the Opera Scenes will be allocated in time to be studied and memorised. Please note that only advanced students will be accepted onto the Opera Scenes and Song Cycle Class and a recording made within the last year will be required from any singer not known to the organisers. Applicants will be shortlisted for these classes by Friday 19th May 2023. These advanced classes are allocated according to the variety and strength of applicants each year and previous involvement is no guarantee of being shortlisted.
Please note that the balance must be paid by Friday 16th June 2023 and you will receive an invoice detailing the outstanding amount owed, including any extra classes. To ensure you get your preferred accommodation and class choices it is advisable to apply as early as possible. Although a place on the course is confirmed following deposit payment, class selection is not guaranteed until an invoice has been issued. Following application, further details about the week will be emailed (or posted by request).
